Membership FAQs

  • Yes! We offer a 4-week beginner class for new members. Contact us to book your first session.

  • If you cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance, you can reschedule it at no extra cost. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited class or a late cancellation fee.

  • Yes, memberships can be suspended for a minimum of one week and a maximum of eight weeks per calendar year. A written request is required at least seven days in advance.

  • To cancel, provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. Refunds are not available, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

  • Membership fees cover all standard class costs. However, late cancellation fees, failed payment fees, or special workshops may incur additional charges.

  • No, memberships and class packs are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

  • You can update your payment details through our App or by contacting our support team.
