    {Mat-Former Pilates 74}

    Our luxe conversion mats are placed on top of the reformer, providing a unique twist on traditional Mat Pilates.     {Yin-former Pilates 74}

    If you’re looking to feel refreshed and rejuvenated, try our Yin-Former classes. With dimmed lights, relaxing music, and a calm vibe, these sessions focus on beginner-to-intermediate stretches with plenty of variations to suit everyone. The stretches are simple yet effective, offering maximum biofeedback to help you reset and recharge.

    {Pregnancy Pilates 74}

    Pregnancy Pilates 74 is a class created to nurture women and their growing bubs through the wild and wonderful chapter of womanhood that is pregnancy! Led by pregnancy certified instructors, this class is suitable for all trimesters and will focus on training each woman's body to strong and connected both in mind and body.

    This class runs weekly on Thursdays at 6.30pm.

    [Mums & Bubs Pilates 74}

    This class is for mums with pre-crawling bubs and runs in six week blocks with our highly qualified postnatal Pilates instructor - Colette.

    Connect with other mums in the same life stage as you as you get that precious time in to exercise in a way that's safe and fun!

    This six week block is the perfect way to return to exercise postpartum, so long as you've been cleared at your six week check by your health professional.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout using a machine called the Reformer, which features a sliding carriage, springs, and pulleys. It helps build strength, flexibility, and balance while being gentle on the joints.

  • Not at all! We offer classes suitable for all fitness levels. If you're a beginner, we recommend starting with a 4-week beginner pack to get comfortable with the equipment and movements.

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for movement. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene on the Reformer machine.

  • Yes, bring along a water bottle, a sweat towel and your grip socks! We provide all other equipment, including cleaning supplies for post-class sanitisation.

  • Classes typically run for 45 to 50 minutes, providing an efficient full-body workout. Be sure to turn up 5 minutes before class to avoid disrupting the warm up.

  • Yes, cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 12 hours before the class starts. Regular late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited session fee. If you fail to cancel and don’t show, a $15 fee will be charged.

  • It can be! However, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting. Let your instructor know about any injuries or conditions so they can modify exercises for your needs.

  • You can easily book a class on our website (Visit our Class Schedule page) or download our mobile app (GloFox).

  • For the best results, we recommend attending 2 to 3 classes per week. However, any frequency is beneficial depending on your fitness goals.

  • Yes, we offer private one-on-one sessions (subject to availability) tailored to your specific goals, whether you're focusing on technique, recovery, or fitness progress.

  • You can join our waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification and have the opportunity to join the class. Please wait for the notification to avoid turning up to a full class, we don’t ever like turning away our valued members!

    Remember to cancel out if you can’t make it - because you will be automatically added if a spot comes up.

  • Absolutely! We have two stunning bathrooms fully equipped, just bring your own towel and toiletries (we do have back up supplies for you if you forget!). Did we mention we have Dyson hair styling tools!
