Not at all! We offer classes suitable for all fitness levels. If you're a beginner, we recommend starting with a 4-week beginner pack to get comfortable with the equipment and movements.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for movement. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene on the Reformer machine.

Yes, bring along a water bottle, a sweat towel and your grip socks! We provide all other equipment, including cleaning supplies for post-class sanitisation.

Classes typically run for 45 to 50 minutes, providing an efficient full-body workout. Be sure to turn up 5 minutes before class to avoid disrupting the warm up.

Yes, cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 12 hours before the class starts. Regular late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited session fee. If you fail to cancel and don’t show, a $15 fee will be charged.

It can be! However, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting. Let your instructor know about any injuries or conditions so they can modify exercises for your needs.

For the best results, we recommend attending 2 to 3 classes per week. However, any frequency is beneficial depending on your fitness goals.

Yes, we offer private one-on-one sessions (subject to availability) tailored to your specific goals, whether you're focusing on technique, recovery, or fitness progress.

You can join our waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification and have the opportunity to join the class. Please wait for the notification to avoid turning up to a full class, we don’t ever like turning away our valued members!
Remember to cancel out if you can’t make it - because you will be automatically added if a spot comes up.

Absolutely! We have two stunning bathrooms fully equipped, just bring your own towel and toiletries (we do have back up supplies for you if you forget!). Did we mention we have Dyson hair styling tools!
