Membership FAQs

Yes! We offer either 1:1 personal assessments and regular a 4-week beginner programs for new members. You can also purchase a single class or pack to use before you decide on a membership that suits your lifestyle. Contact us to book your first session.

If you cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance, you can reschedule it at no extra cost. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited class or a late cancellation fee.

Yes, memberships can be suspended for a minimum of one week and a maximum of eight weeks per calendar year. A written request is required at least seven days in advance.

To cancel, provide written notice at least 30 days in advance. Refunds are not available, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Membership fees cover all standard class costs. However, late cancellation fees, failed payment fees, or special workshops may incur additional charges.

No, memberships and class packs are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
